Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Uncluttrd app ("Uncluttrd," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Uncluttrd Does

Uncluttrd uses AI to analyze photos of your space and generate personalized organization recommendations across three budget tiers, along with optional AI-generated visualizations of how the space could look once organized. Recommendations and visualizations are generated automatically and are suggestions only, not professional organizing, design, or contracting advice.

Accounts

You need an account to use Uncluttrd, created with an email address and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Uncluttrd offers a free tier and a paid subscription, Uncluttrd Pro.

3 plan analyses per month, with text-based sharing of results.

Uncluttrd Pro
$4.99/month or $39.99/year, billed through your Apple ID. Pro includes unlimited analyses, AI visualizations, full plan history, and branded PDF exports.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone Settings under Apple ID then Subscriptions. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we don't collect or store your payment information directly.

Photos and Content You Provide

When you upload a photo, it's sent to our AI service providers solely to generate your organization plan and, if requested, a visualization. We don't use your photos for any purpose beyond providing the service to you, and we don't sell your photos or personal data to third parties.

If you're a Pro subscriber, your generated plans, including any AI visualization images, are saved to your account so you can access them later. Free tier plans are not saved after you leave the results screen.

You retain ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to process it for the purpose of generating your results.

AI-Generated Content

Recommendations, product suggestions, and visualizations are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or perfectly reflect your actual space. Product links are provided for convenience and point to third-party retailers we don't control; we're not responsible for pricing, availability, or the purchasing experience on those sites.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload photos containing illegal content, content that violates others' privacy or rights, or anything unrelated to home organization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

Intellectual Property

The Uncluttrd app, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. Your subscription gives you a license to use the app; it doesn't transfer ownership of any part of it to you.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Uncluttrd is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will achieve any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Termination

You may stop using Uncluttrd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
