Account Information
When you create an account we collect your name and email address.
Photos
Photos you take or upload are sent securely to our AI services to generate your organization plan and, if requested, a visualization. We do not retain the original photo in your account after processing. If you are a Pro subscriber, the AI-generated visualization images for your saved plans are stored securely in your account so you can access them later. We do not sell your photos or share them with third parties beyond the AI services that power the analysis.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage information such as the number of analyses performed and subscription status to provide our service.
Organization Plans
If you are a Pro subscriber your organization plans are saved to your account so you can access them across devices.
Your account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Uncluttrd uses trusted third party services for AI analysis, image generation, and payment processing. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are only provided with the minimum data necessary to perform their function. We do not sell your data to any third party.
You may delete your account at any time directly within the app. Open the menu, tap Account, then select Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data, including your plan history and saved visualizations. No need to contact us — deletion happens immediately in the app.
